A blend of the Rhone variety Roussanne and the more familiar Chardonnay. We get some seriously intense apricot and peach on the nose here with a touch of something herbal too. As this wine has seen no oak it’s very clean, fresh and zesty. Made with minimal intervention from the winemaker so you can really taste the quality of the grapes and just how fruity they are!
