It is on the sunny slopes of Gascony, in the heart of the Southwest of France, that the Le Menn family gave birth to Domaine Horgelus. It is Yoan Le Menn, the 5th generation of the family, who now manages the estate and creates new cuvées each year so that the spirit of the estate continues, simply: wine-pleasures. The estate now extends over 90 hectares of vines located around the cellar. The greatest care is taken to preserve the aromas in the wine, this is why the grapes are picked from 3 a.m. until around 11 a.m. to take advantage of the morning freshness. If you love Sancerre, Pouilly Fumé or Cloudy Bay then this is the wine for you. It is super fresh, with zingy citrus and gorgeous tropical fruit. This wine is endlessly quaffable and exceptional value for money. Food pairing – grilled oily fish like sardines, big garlicky prawns and whitebait. If cheese if your thing then whip out the Boursin or Le Roulé!
