myWINEcellar EXCLUSIVE!! We are excited and honoured to be exclusively launching the Mulderbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Sparkling Rosé! From Western Cape, South Africa, the Cabernet Sauvignon is grown specially for rosé production and is harvested a little early to keep the natural acidity in the grapes needed for sparkling wine. It is also bottled earlier than you’d expect to preserve the natural freshness of the wine. This early harvesting also gives us very bright clean fruit. The nose has notes of summer blossoms, freshly cut strawberries and hints of stone fruit and the palate follows through with similar red berry notes. This is a really special wine that can only be purchased from us at myWINEcellar! Food Pairing – Ideal as an aperitif, it tastes great and really looks the part. It would be a great conversation starter too. If you want to serve with food, then go for meatier seafood such as grilled lobster.
