Made by the legendary Susana Balbo, the winemaker who is almost single-handedly responsible for the Malbec craze. This is a silky-smooth Cabernet Sauvignon, with intense cherry, black plum, blackberry and spice. A touch more green pepper and cedar than the Crios Tannat with medium levels of tannin but just as bold and full-bodied and super fresh! Food Pairings – fattier steak like Ribeye and Sirloin is a real winner. Cab Sauvignon works well with anything garlicky so try it with a vegan garlic and tomato sauce gnocchi.
