This D.O.C. prosecco from the foothills north of Venice (Susegana) has been owned and farmed by the Collalto family for nearly ONE THOUSAND YEARS. This straw-yellow fizz is lively, fresh, elegant and fruity. There are beautiful notes of peaches and cream, lemon, freshly squeezed lime and honeyed yellow apple. Startlingly good value for money and will give any prosecco or similarly priced champagne a good run for its money! Food pairing – pretty much anything from Chinese takeaway to fresh pan-fried fish and everything in between. Or, obviously, on its own as a toast!
