Ingredients: 2 oz Empress Gin 3/4 oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed 1/2 oz Honey Simple Syrup (see below how to make) 2 oz Fever Tree Grapefruit Sparkling Water Garnish: Lemon Wheel Instructions: Shake 1 oz of Empress Gin, lemon juice, and honey on ice. Strain into a glass on fresh ice. Add the fever tree sparkling grapefruit water and layer the remaining Empress gin on top. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Glassware: Coupe glass or large wine glass Honey Simple Syrup: Add 1 cup honey and 1 cup water to a pot over low heat, stir until combined. Let cool and pour into a container. Keep refrigerated or on the counter at room temp.
