BAROLO, PIEDMONT, ITALY It’s great joy when you can open a bottle that is been aging for 15 years. The hard work is already done for you. Ceretto is a classic name in Barolo and we are thrilled to go there. This 2005 has a nice smooth, silky mouthfeel. Round with soft tannins that have mellowed with age. Nice dusty cocoa and red berry notes. It is only to be enjoyed with good close friends or family! It is ready now and once opening does not need a lot of air time.
